Cindy Sullivan
Cindy facilitates our CCAI adoption seminars in the Tampa Bay area. She, along with her husband Tom, adopted their daughter Eleni Lilin from Guangdong Province in February 2003. They are currently a referral for their second daughter. Both Cindy and Tom are strong advocates of China adoption through CCAI and are committed to assisting families as they make a decision to adopt a child.
