Amy Garvin-Liddell
Amy Garvin-Liddell, LCSW, has professionally worked in the field of adoption for the past 11 years. Amy earned her Bachelor’s Degree in Social Work from Florida Atlantic University in 1993 and her Master’s Degree in Social Work from Barry University in 1994. She became licensed in 1997. Amy was a Consultant for Developing Best-Practice Guidelines for The Infant Adoption Awareness Training Program and worked as a Master Trainer for the National Council for Adoption in their Infant Adoption Awareness Training Program. Amy has worked with a variety of populations including older adults, persons affected by HIV, and children and families. She currently provides parent preparation (home studies), post-adoption services, education and support for families who have or are adopting. Amy lives with her husband and 2 year old son in Wellington, Florida.
